Income tax: Lower House fails to reach quorum

Opposition lawmakers did not manage to reach quorum today to begin a special session in which they were supposed to debate several bills related to the Income tax minimum floor, one of the issues that prompted today's national truck drivers' strike and march to Plaza de Mayo called by CGT's chief Hugo Moyano.
