CFK hands over Olympic flag to Aymar

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner handed the Argentine flag to Olympic flag-carrier Luciana Aymar from the National Hockey Team before sending them off to London to take part of the Olympic Games in August. 

“We’re sending our athletes off, and they will represent our country with our flag flying high,” she said.

“We defend our rights where we must. We are going to the Olympic games to compete in sports, where we represent our flag and we don’t engage in mischief. You must be careful to represent us on English soil with a lot of pride. You have to be more careful than ever, and if anyone upsets you, just keep walking and set an example,” she said.
