ANSeS social security head Diego Bossio.
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner along with ANSeS social security head Diego Bossio announced the creation of a new credit programme for pensioners through a new credit card named "Argenta" with which users will be able to access loans equal to 30 percent of their personal pensions with a maximum of 10,000 pesos.
Thus, in another attempt to boost consumerism, the Head of State announced the programme that will allow users to acces cash loans, and buy not only products [which have not yet been revealed] in a maximum of 40 stallment-payments, but also Aerolíneas Argentinas tickets for domestic flights.
The fixed interest rates contemplated for the credits range from 17 to 23 percent, while the loans will be discounted from the pensioners' payments.
