Buenos Aires stocks move down

Buenos Aires stocks fell in midday trade, with the Merval benchmark stock index moving down by 1.7 percent to 2,311.43 points. It has gained a total of 4.2% this month and experienced losses of 4.5% this year.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 0.93 percent, standing at 1069 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
