Vidal regrets Nat'l Gov't approach to City mortgage plan
Deputy mayor for the City of Buenos Aires, María Eugenia Vidal.
Deputy City Mayor María Eugenia Vidal regretted today the National Government’s sharp critiques against the mortgage plans recently put through by the City Government, saying that they were being “devalued.”
Vidal was responding to Deputy Economy Minister Axel Kicillof’s statements made yesterday, during the announcement of the Government’s new housing plan, in which he criticized the City programme for not promoting the new construction of homes.
“It’s a real shame that while one positive announcement is being made, an opposing policy is criticized and completely devalued,” Vidal said.
