Nalbandian nabs quarter-final spot at Queen’s

David Nalbandian defeated Belgian Rubén Bemelmans by 6-4 and 6-2 in the round prior to the quarter-finals at the Aegon Championships tennis tournament at the Queen's Club in west London, which forms part of the ATP world tour.

Yesterday Nalbandian beat Canadian Vasek Pospisil by 4-6, 6-2 and 6-2.

The Córdoba native who currently ranks at 39 in the ATP world rating will go through to the quarter finals in which he could play against French player Edouard Roger Vasselin (67) who has defeated Andy Roddick (32) by 6-4, 4-6 and 7-5.
