Once train crash: Judge grants house arrest for Cirigliano
Claudio Cirigliano.
Federal Judge Claudio Bonadío granted the benefit of house arrest to the chairman of Trenes de Buenos Aires company, Claudio Cirigliano, over the Once train crash case.
The judge solved the situation of the businessmen after doctors confirmed he is not in good health conditions, judicial sources reported.
Bonadío also rejected the release request presented by TBA's president Carlo Ferrari, after he did accept those presented by two members of the company's board, Daniel Rubio and Darío Tempone.
Cirigliano was arrested on Monday, when Judge Bonadío discovered he was interfering in the investigation of the Once railway tragedy that left 51 people dead last February, although the chariman denied the charges.
