Dollar climbs to AR$4.48; black market hits AR$5.90, surpasses Euro value

The US dollar traded at AR$4.43/AR$4.48 today, thus climbing half cent from the previous price at the close of trading and surpassed the Euro value in the black market.

After the AFIP tax collection agency began a massive restriction on dollar purchases about two weeks ago, the US currency trade at the black market moved up eight cents from yesterday's close and trades at AR$5.94, and surpassed the European currency.

Meanwhile, the Euro dropped two cents, trading at AR$5.66/AR$5.80 at City exchange agencies.
