Scandal: Caruso detained after fight with Madelón's ex assistant

San Lorenzo's coach Ricardo Caruso Lombardi was attacked by Fabián García, assistant of the former coach of the team Leonardo Madelón, who was enraged after the critics he received during a radio show.

The coach was leaving the studios of TyC Sports when he was hit by the ex football player Fabián García, who was part of the staff when the team was coached by Madelón.

A witness said that the police had to intervene in the fight and the former coach of Quilmes left the place at a police car to press charges against García.

Both of them remained detained for a few hours and were later released.

Sources close to the assistant reported that he was enraged by Caruso Lombardi's statements given during a radio programme, where he had blasted the current physical condition of the players.
