Vasco da Gama oust Lanús after penalties
Brazil's Vasco da Gama left Argentina's Lanús out of the Libertadores de América Cup after a penalty definitation that ended 5-4.
Nilton opened the score at 18' of the first half of the game, but Lanús' Mariano Pavone drew at 15' of the second half.
His teammate Teo Gutiérrez netted at 33', and drew the aggregate score so they went to a penalties definition in which the Argentine team was left out of the Cup.
