Argentina move to 9th place at FIFA ranking

Argentina’s national football team advanced from the tenth to the ninth place at the FIFA World ranking, headed by World Cup holder Spain, the organization reported.

Sabella's team has 1,076 points, while Spain counts with 1,442, followed by Germany with 1,345 and Uruguay with 1,309.

Argentina’s step forward was due to Denmark’s drop to the tenth place, that was the only variation in the “Top Ten.”
