The Merval benchmark index in Buenos Aires gained 1.4 percent, and stood at 1,719.87 points. The bonds rose up to 2.1 percent.
The dollar remained stable and is traded for 3.81/3.84 pesos.
Meanwhile, the Brazilian Bovespa climbed 0.5 percent.
