The round of talks between the government and the opposition groups went on today as the Unión-Pro deputies were received by Interior Minister Florencio Randazzo. Francisco de Narváez, Felipe Solá and Federico Pinedo arrived at the Government House to discuss various political topics. Gabriela Michetti, the former City of Buenos Aires Lieutenant Governor and now Deputy-elect also took part in the reunion.

Before the meeting, Uníon-Pro Deputy-elect for the Buenos Aires province Francisco De Narváez explained that the topics the deputies would discuss with the Interior Minister were the same which had been brought forward during the electoral campaign. "They opened the doors of the Government House for us, and we accepted to go, of course. We are going to discuss the topics we brought forward during the campaign, as we promised 2.5 million voters in the province and half a million in the City."

De Narváez said the main topic would be "poverty, with the creation of a unique social assistance programme," and added this would also be the first topic the Unión-Pro deputies would work on in the congress. De Narváez also added that, among other topics, the independence of the Justice, the Magistracy Council and the Indec would be discussed.

The conflict with the Farming sector, a universal minimum income project and a special fiscal project for the persons starting their first employment, were also discussed. The Union-Pro deputies also brought documents regarding a single-ballot sheet system for elections as well as a system similar to the electronic vote.

Afterwards, the leaders of the Unión-PRO party said that they were satisfied after the meeting with Florencio Randazzo.

"We have had an amiable dialogue," said Felipe Solá, while Gabriela Michetti said that she had "a good feeling about the meeting."

Francisco De Narváez said that the "most urgent" topics in the Unión-PRO agenda were presented, including poverty assistance, INDEC reform and changes for the Magistrates Council.
