Vice-President Julio Cobos yesterday said he will remain in his post until March 2011, when he will decide whether to run in the presidential primaries.

Cobos also regretted that Civic Coalition leader Elisa Carrió refused to join the political talks called by the government. “It’s a pity. I think she made a mistake,” said Cobos.
