The opposition's opinion
The aftermaths of CFK's speech
The head of the Radical Party (UCR), Gerardo Morales, said that President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner's decision to gather social actors in an open and wide dialogue is what "the community was waiting for", although he said that the national government "shouldn't play" with the opposition.
"If the government calls for an open dialogue, it better be an honest and sincere call. We don't want them to play with us, because they will end up spending the little credit they have," added Morales.
Morales also said that he considered that the President should show that she is willing to talk about "the discrimination towards the governors and mayors that aren't pro government and about Guillermo Moreno's continuity as the Domestic Trade Secretary."
Unión PRO's elected deputies, Francisco de Narváez and Felipe Solá, also endorsed the President call for an open dialogue. De Narváez said that his party "is willing for a dialogue", but also said that Cabinet Chief, Aníbal Fernández, should assist to the Congress in order to "define the national agenda."
Solá added "I hope that the call is only an offer and that they summon all of us."
The Civic and Social Accord elected lawmaker, Ricardo Gil Lavedra, celebrated the government's call, but said that "there are plenty of things to include in the agenda."
Also, the elected candidate from Proyecto Sur party, Fernando "Pino" Solanas, said that there should be a "sincere dialogue" with the government so that "they receive our suggestions."
Meanwhile, former Senator and ex president Eduardo Duhalde's wife, "Chiche" Duhalde, said that "the debate should be in the Congress and in every sector."
