Recently appointed Cabinet Chief Aníbal Fernández gave out his oppinion on government's cabinet reshuffle saying that changes were a "presidential decision" and adding "there are many positive things already which we must reinforce and keep on working on them."

He said his antecessor Sergio Massa was "excellent." "I have to talk with the president first," he stated. He also underlined his bond with provincial governors.
