Tension in Lower House Committee: Graciela Camaño slaps Kirchnerite Carlos Kunkel
The head of the Constitutional Affairs Committee, Graciela Camaño, slapped Kirchnerite lawmaker Carlos Kunkel in the face after the controversial Budget bill session ended.
Camaño had called for a 24-hour recess to decide what to do about the alleged bribe-case during the Budget bill session last week, when the pro-government parties' lawmakers began to protest and reproach. Before leaving the room, she headed towards Victory Front bloc lawmaker Carlos Kunkel who was screaming at her. They talked for a few minutes. Then he reproached corruption cases in Catamarca to union leader Luis Barrionuevo's wife, who slapped him in the face and left the room.
The discussion began after the signing of the committee's ruling which stated the debate of the bribe-case in the Lower House.
"He tired me out, I've heard Kunkel screaming all year long, I'm tired of Kunkel accusing me of being someone's wife," Camaño explained.
