Buenos Aires gov't recommends ‘voluntary isolation' in the presence of H1N1 symptoms
The Health Minister of Buenos Aires province Claudio Zin said that before H1N1 influenza symptoms people must turn to the "voluntary social isolation" to avoid further medical complications, adding that from the total of people affected by the virus, 80 percent is under 14 years old.
"The best advice we can give is: stay at home if you have any symptom, to avoid personal complications and the flu spread," he said.
Meanwhile, 13 new cases of the influenza A H1N1 virus were confirmed by Deputy Health Minister Carlos Soratti, who said three out of four people infected with the virus are children between five and 17 years old.
The confirmation of the 13 positive samples increased the total number of cases confirmed in the country to 215, following the confirmation of 28 new cases on Friday.
