The Argentine Rural Society president Hugo Biolcatti, stated during a radio interview that Obama's envoy Arturo Valenzuela's comments about an alleged legal uncertainty, that "he is right" because "there is indeed an enormous legal uncertainty to invest."
"I am not enraged by Valenzuela's comments at all, on the contrary. It is that uncertainty what's making it imposible to invest in Argentina", he declared.
Biolcatti also foretold that the government's farming policy "will drive the farming sector into isolation and economic paralysis. No one will risk to raise cattle because there's no predictability and exportation is closed".
Earlier today, Santa Fe governor Hermes Binner had also said he agreed with Valenzuela's comments. "Every businessman in my province is concerned about legal uncertainty".
