Carlos Moyá and Gastón Gaudio will open the seventh Tennis Peugeot Cup in Argentina held at the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club that will last until Sunday 20 and will count with the presence of national and international renowned tennis players.

National players David Nalbandián and Gastón Gaudio will be part of the Group one of the Spaniard Carlos Moyá, while Argentine Juan Mónaco will be at Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis and Chilean Fernando González's Group two.

Former number-one Moyá, 33, will face the winner of the 2004 Open of France and current 167 of the ATP ranking Gastón Gaudio, 31.

Nalbandián, who had to a hip operation seven months ago, said that "this tournament will help me to add hours of training."

The winners of each group will play the final on Sunday.
