Planning Minister Julio De Vido denies that the government is planning to nationalize the toll road concessions and added that Public Work Secretary José López is working on the tender of the roads.

De Vido said that "if a contract is not being respected, then the State will be in charge and then it will analyze what is the best thing to do in order to protect the public service."

The Planning Minister assured that "there are not two teams or two points of view at the Ministry because we all work together," after being accused of having differences with the Public Work Secretary.

"I work with López since 1992," said De Vido, "we are looking for a plan that is profitable for the companies and consumers, we are not planning a nationalization."
