An unidentified dead man appeared at the Upper House of Congress' patio, reported the press office of the Senate.

Authorities found the man "at one of the patio of the Congress. The man might have fallen from one of the windows of the fourth floor." The press office added that this person did not have any kind of personal identification.

The Upper House reported that "many companies are working on the cleaning and remodeling of the building during these days."
