President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner said today that "those who have the most must have a greater social responsibility. We have to continue growing and offering a country with equal opportunities." During the press conference, held in Avellaneda, she announced the incorporation of 10 thousand cooperatives to the "Social Work Programme."

The ceremony counted with the presence of Social Development Minister, Alicia Kirchner, Governor Daniel Scioli, Mayor Jorge Ferreresi, and other authorities.

The programme elaborated by the Social Development Ministry contemplates the creation of massive social cooperatives in the entire country and foresees the opening of more than 100 thousand jobs.

The plan, which was launched in the city of Merlo, expects to continue in the region of Greater Buenos Aires and the rest of the country.
