Patrick Swayze dies at age 57
Actor Patrick Swayze, 57, died from pancreatic cancer, diagnosed in January 2008.
Patrick Swayze, the actor most known for his roles in movies like Ghost and Dirty Dancing, has died at the age of 57.
Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2008.
His publicist, Annett Wolf, said that Swayze passed away with his family by his side, according to a US news source.
Even after being diagnosed, Swayze continued to work in different roles. He was part of an A&E series called The Best, and had said that he was working on a biography, along with his wife.
