Chubut Governor Mario das Neves said that Eduardo Duhalde confirmed the announcement of his candidacy for president in the 2011 elections, and accused Néstor Kirchner of being "resentful."

Das Neves said that Duhalde supported his iniciative when the latter told him to "move forward," during the last meeting that both politicians held.

He also added that the people of Buenos Aires are looking for "counseling," and said that "it is in a phase of positive growth, which is a model that should be followed by the ex-presidents."

"Duhalde is looking to organize the Justicialist party in Buenos Aires. He has connections to a lot of people," said the Governor in radio declarations.

However, he did avoid confirming a supposed show of support towards his aspirations for president in the 2011 elections, although he did say that Duhalde told him to "move forward" with his plans.

The Governor also said that he respected "Carlos Reutemann because the people of Santa Fe respect him," although he did mention a sort of uneasiness about Reutemann's undefined stance on the 2011 elections.

He added that he would like for Reutemann to "express himself more when it comes to certain topics," saying that "he shouldn't work with so much silence," because the citizens "need to know his opinion."

In addition, Das Neves said that Néstor Kirchner wants to "break" up the dialogues with different sectors of society.

On the topic of farming, he said that "there is a situation of a lot of resentment between the Government and certain farming sectors."

Finally, Das Neves said that the dialogue held with President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner was not successful, and that she "is very closed-minded," and he was unable to "debate" the key topics that he brought up.
